CONTACT / PROJECTS
Prepare your project inquiry.
A useful project inquiry connects an operational problem to a result. Explain what happens today, where the process breaks down and what should be different after the work is complete.
Describe the current workflow
Identify who starts the work, what information enters the process, which tools hold the records and who makes the next decision. Name the failure that matters: duplicate entry, missing information, unclear status, delayed approval or another specific obstacle.
Define the first useful outcome
Describe what a user should be able to do and how you would recognize success. For example: “A coordinator can see every incomplete request and identify the person responsible for the missing information.” This is an illustrative acceptance outcome, not a claim about a completed project.
Identify constraints and decisions
Include your name, organization and preferred reply details. Note existing systems, the person authorized to approve scope, important dependencies and any required decision date. If a budget range is available, include it. Separate essential requirements from later improvements; mark unknowns rather than guessing.
Send a non-sensitive overview
Email operations@48pegasus.com with the subject “Project inquiry — [organization / proposed work].” A short overview is enough to begin; use redacted examples only when they clarify the process. Do not send credentials or private production records.
Project fit, feasibility, responsibilities and scope need to be established before work is authorized. Sending an inquiry does not reserve capacity or commit either party to a particular implementation.
