SUPPORT / REQUEST

Prepare a support request by email.

Use the support route agreed for your engagement. If you need to identify the appropriate route, email operations@48pegasus.com with a non-sensitive summary. This page has no online submission form and does not create a support ticket.

Use this email outline

Subject: Support request — [organization / project] — [short issue summary]

Project or service: [engagement reference and affected deliverable]. Include your name, organization and preferred reply details.

Issue: [task attempted], [expected result] and [observed result]. Separate what you observed from what you think caused it.

Context: [date, time and time zone], [test or live environment], [affected page or workflow] and [relevant version, if known].

Impact: [who or what is affected], [blocked task], [available workaround] and [relevant decision deadline].

Evidence: [safe reproduction steps], [redacted error text] and [actions already tried with their results]. Reference earlier correspondence about the same issue.

Review before sending

Remove passwords, authentication codes, access tokens, recovery keys and private customer records. Check screenshots and links for hidden sensitive details. Do not attach raw logs or confidential files to a general inquiry; describe what evidence is available and agree on an appropriate transfer route if it is needed.

Open an email, then review and send

The email button opens your configured email application. It does not send a message, upload files or confirm receipt. If it does not open, compose a message manually to operations@48pegasus.com. Use the outline above to organize the details.

Keep expectations tied to the engagement

Sending a request does not confirm coverage, acceptance of additional work or a response time. Follow any agreed escalation procedure. For suspected unauthorized access or data exposure, use your organization’s established incident-reporting process rather than sending sensitive details in a general email.
