SUPPORT / ACCESS

Account and access help: identify the blocked step.

Being unable to sign in is different from signing in successfully but being unable to open a record or perform an action. Identify the affected service and the point where access stops.

Sign-in or verification problem

Confirm the service and organization you intend to access. Use a known official address or your established bookmark rather than an unfamiliar message link. Follow the platform’s official recovery instructions where available. If account ownership is unclear, contact the responsible administrator instead of repeatedly guessing credentials.

Signed in, but a resource is unavailable

Record the resource or action that is blocked, the displayed message and the role you expect to have. An administrator may need to review an invitation, workspace membership or permission. Do not broaden permissions or use another person’s account as a workaround.

Ownership or administrator change

Explain which account or workspace is involved and who is authorized to approve the change. A request to transfer ownership or grant access needs verification through the responsible party’s process. Knowing a project name does not establish authority over its accounts or records.

Share context, never authentication secrets

A useful access request includes the service name, engagement reference, blocked action and redacted error text. Never send passwords, one-time codes, recovery codes, private keys, session cookies or access tokens. Do not attach an unredacted authentication link or account screenshot.

If access may be unauthorized

Follow your organization’s established incident-reporting process and the affected platform’s official guidance. Do not post sensitive details publicly. This page is preparation guidance, not an account-recovery service or emergency response channel.
