Draft for review

Clear requirements. Deliberate decisions.

Useful systems begin with a well-defined requirement. Operating principles should make the relationship between purpose, scope and implementation easier to understand, without pretending that every engagement follows an identical delivery model.

Make the work understandable.

Identify the intended users, the information involved, the required outputs and the constraints that matter. Distinguish assumptions from verified inputs. Clarify which decisions depend on the client, a provider or another participant.

Choose tools in response to the requirement. Keep interfaces, integration boundaries and exceptions visible enough to evaluate. Complexity should have a reason to exist.

Keep decisions connected to purpose.

Review changes against the agreed objective and the ethical basis for accepting the work. Document unresolved questions rather than converting them into unsupported promises. Establish acceptance criteria appropriate to the specific engagement.

To confirm before publication: the approved delivery process, documentation expectations, review responsibilities and handover requirements. These principles express proposed direction and do not assert a standardized process already operating across every project.
