Draft for review

Direction with discipline.

A roadmap should explain where capability is intended to develop without turning an ambition into an availability claim. These priorities describe direction only. They are not announced projects, release dates or delivery commitments.

Priorities worth developing.

Connect digital interfaces with the business processes behind them. Improve the usefulness of operational information. Explore automation where responsibilities, boundaries and exceptions can be understood. Strengthen the relationship between field documentation and decisions made from it.

Develop learning resources that make complex systems more understandable. Favor integration and clarity over unnecessary additions. Each direction must still be supported by a worthwhile requirement.

Separate intention from availability.

A proposed capability, a demonstration and a service ready for an engagement are different things. Roadmap communication should identify those differences and avoid implying that a future concept can already be ordered.

To confirm before publication: approved priorities, their order, any verified active work, and who authorizes future status updates. No timing or completion status is asserted here.
