SUPPORT / QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions about 48PEGASUS.

These answers help you choose the right page or contact route. Project scope, account responsibilities and any support commitments are established for the applicable engagement.

What kinds of work does 48PEGASUS cover?

The capability areas are websites and digital experiences, applications and business systems, AI and automation, data and intelligence, content and creative work, and drone mapping and documentation. Explore Capabilities to compare the areas, then describe the operational need in a project inquiry.

Do I need a technical specification to inquire?

No. Explain the current workflow, who uses it, where it breaks down and the result you need. Note constraints and unknowns. Project Inquiry provides a structure for the overview; Getting Started helps organize more detailed preparation.

Does sending an inquiry mean the project is accepted?

No. Purpose, fit, feasibility and delivery requirements need to be considered. An inquiry does not establish an engagement, reserve capacity or authorize work. Scope and responsibilities require agreement.

Where should an existing client send a question?

Use the contact procedure established for your engagement. If the route is unclear, email operations@48pegasus.com with the project reference and a non-sensitive summary. Existing Client Support explains the context to include.

Can I submit a support ticket on this website?

There is no online support submission form here. The request page helps you prepare an email. Opening an email link does not send a message or create a ticket; review and send the message from your email application.

Are new features included in support?

Do not assume that they are. A defect report, a content correction and a new requirement involve different decisions. The applicable scope determines coverage; additional work may need separate approval. Project & Service Support explains how to distinguish the request types.

What should I leave out of an email?

Do not include passwords, authentication or recovery codes, access tokens, private keys or confidential production records. Use a non-sensitive summary and redacted examples. If investigation requires additional material, agree on an appropriate transfer route first.
